Purchased in the middle of COVID outbreak during the summer of 2019. The seller lead came a We Buy Houses FB Ad. Initial purchase price was $194,500. Had college soccer teammates come help clean out the nasty property. Took it from a 1 bed, 1 bath to a 3 bed, 2 bath. Final sales price was $510,000.
Quick Flip
Purchased and sold in the first quarter of 2021. Important due to it proving my ability to turn a property for profit very quickly. Purchased for $115,000 and sold it for $235,000 within ninety days.
Documented Flip
Documented the entire process of taking this property from a nasty rental to a beautiful home. First Purple Door we put in Nashville. Purchased for $225,000 and sold it four months later for $410,000. Check out the YouTube series.
